Diana and Olisa first crossed paths online. After a sad post from Diana prompted Olisa to see if she was okay. - “I had just quit a job that was near and dear to my heart to start my new career as a Nurse Informaticist. So on my last day I posted a picture with a sad face and Olisa hopped in my DM to get to the bottom of my dramatics.” -Diana - “I saw an opportunity, and went for the kill.” -Olisa After messaging back and forth, numbers were exchanged. A few weeks later, Olisa payed Diana a visit in Houston, and the whirlwind romance began. - “He knew how to keep me on my toes and more importantly, he knew how to make me laugh.” -Diana - “She was a breath of fresh air to talk to. I knew there was something special about her before even laying an eye on her. Witnessing that beauty in person was just the icing on the cake.” -Olisa Diana and Olisa both discovered they had a mutual love for music, cuisine, as well as both having a competitive nature. It wasn’t long before the couple began locating a pool table in whatever city they traveled to, and challenging each other to a game of best 2 out of 3. - “I just want say first that I know how to play pool pretty well.. he’s just a little more seasoned than I am.. but just you wait and see!” -Diana -“She thought the skills she had playing online pool would translate to the real world. Unfortunately for her, it doesn’t work like that.” -Olisa They made it a point to see each other as much as possible. With countless trips back and forth from Newark to Houston and Houston to Newark. Olisa popped the question on one of Diana’s visits to Jersey, and she said yes! They can’t wait to tie the knot and start their happily ever after! - “We are very exited about starting this new chapter of our lives.” -Diana & Olisa
