Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

No. The ceremony and reception will be held at two different locations. Please allow approximately 20 minutes of travel time between venues.

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception venues offer on-site parking.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Limited shuttle transportation will be available for guests staying at the DoubleTree Hotel, where we have reserved our room block. Guests staying at other hotels or accommodations will be responsible for their own transportation.

Formal/Semi-Formal Attire. We invite our guests to dress elegantly and comfortably for our celebration.

Yes, children are welcome to celebrate with us! We kindly ask that parents please be mindful of their children throughout the evening, especially during special moments like the first dance, parent dance, etc.
