Flying into Cancun is the most efficient away to get to Tulum. Once you fly in you can hop on the ADO bus to Tulum. There are buses that leave every hour or two. You can also schedule a pick up through Papaya Playa Project.

There are so many amazing places to stay in Tulum! Booking.com is a great place to look for hotels and AirBnb.com has great options if you are interested in renting an apartment or house. Tulum is a small town so no matter where you stay you won't be too far from Papaya Playa Project and Casa Jaguar.

ADO Busline
The ADO Bus Line runs from Cancun to Tulum frequently. Although, there is no English website for ADO it is quite easy to figure it out once you arrive to the airport. They have ticket counter by baggage claim.
