What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony is held at the Montclair Wedding Sanctuary (First Congregational Church): 40 S Fullerton Ave, Montclair, NJ 07042 The reception is held at Park West Loft: 30 Oak St, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 (2nd floor). Our "Schedule & Locations" page should have more information along with links to these addresses.

Question

How can I travel to Montclair (ceremony) and Ridgewood (reception) locations from NYC?

Answer

Although there are buses and trains that reach Montclair, the most direct transportation option is by car or by Uber/Lyft. We recommend the same when traveling from the ceremony to the reception. In between events, it will take 40-46 minutes depending on the route taken. We understand it may be difficult to travel to our ceremony. We would be grateful to have you at our reception, which there is a direct bus route to. Please take the 163/164 bus from Port Authority to the 'Turnpike Express Ridgewood' stop and there will be a 5 minute walk to the reception. The same route can be taken back to Port Authority.

Please park at the church's parking lot during the ceremony. Near the reception, there is street parking and parking garages available.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

We recommend cocktail/semi formal wear that is appropriate to wear in a church setting. If you plan to explore Montclair and Ridgewood before or in between events, we also suggest to wear shoes that are walkable.
