Cocktail attire. Let's ditch the jeans and sweats for the day!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at a Japanese garden so bring comfortable shoes and sunscreen. The reception will be indoors at a restaurant.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 10AM to leave time for pictures after. If possible, please aim to arrive by 9:45AM and enjoy the garden.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a parking lot at Hakone Gardens and at The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse. Both parking lots are free.

What's happening after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will take pictures around the garden with friends and family for about an hour. Guests can make their way over to the reception venue for passed hor d'oeuvres beginning at 12PM.
