What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal. Black tie optional. We also kindly encourage our guests to wear these colors for our special day: black, grey, or shades of blue. Ladies please do not wear white. Men's white dress shirt is okay.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The temperatures may vary from low 70's F to high 90's F. The venue and ceremony will be located on a hill so may be windy. Please check weather accordingly prior to day of.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will be taking place at Stonetree Estate.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoor from 5:00-6:30pm on hard stone floor. The reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony ends around 5:30pm. Cocktail hour will start and end at 6:30pm and will be located right next to ceremony site. Guests will be welcomed to take photos with the bride and groom while enjoying tasty beverages.

Can I bring and use an umbrella during the outdoor portion?

Answer

You are welcome to use an umbrella before and after the ceremony, and during the cocktail hour. Please avoid using your umbrella during the ceremony. It may block the professional photographer and other guests’ view. We highly recommend using sunblock, sunglasses, and hats as needed.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

The address for the venue is 9 Stone Tree Ln, Novato, CA 94945. This is also the same address and location as Stonetree Estate Golf.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests who want to attend the ceremony should arrive by 4:30-4:45pm. Please Do Not Arrive before 4:30pm. The wedding party will not be available to entertain friends or family prior. The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp & guests will not be able to walk around once it starts. For those who are not able to make it to the ceremony then please come prior to reception start time at 6:30pm. Guest will need to be there to self serve buffet dinner when called upon by table.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be multiple free guest parking lot available before the estate building and after which also shares with the golf course. Guests are able to park at the “member parking.”

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. While we love your little ones, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

If my original plus one can’t come, can I bring another person not on the guest list?

Answer

Please do not bring someone that is not on the guest list until approved by the bride or groom. We thank you!

What if I am sick should I still come to the wedding?

Answer

If you are not feeling well please stay home. There are seniors and younger guests at the wedding that would not want to get sick also. Please let me know ASAP before the wedding day.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend two nearby hotels. 1. Question

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests responsible for their own transportation. Please have a designated driver for those who will be drinking alcohol or too tired to drive.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline is end of April 2025 and can be done online.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes both locations are wheelchair accessible.

Will there be food and drinks during ceremony or cocktail hour?

Answer

No food or drinks will be served before and during the ceremony. There will be 6 different appetizers served during cocktail hour and an unlimited open bar for drinks & alcohol. Please enjoy the appetizers and drinks as much as possible! Also we kindly ask guests DO NOT bring own alcohol. The venue is very strict and will not allow.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be served American style buffet with a number of 8 different types of salads, sides, 3 entree and dessert. Guests will be notified table by table to line up to the buffet line for the main portion of dinner.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Please contact us ahead of time on special dietary restrictions.

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, cash would be greatly appreciated. You can either send money through this website on the registry tab or in person.
