Please arrive no earlier than 10:45 am - the vendors will still be setting up so coming earlier will be an issue!

Yes, there is free parking at the venue for all.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let the bride know of any allergies. There will be gluten-free options, and a vegan meal can be provided upon request.

Can I bring a date?

You may only bring a guest if your invitation included one.

Are kids welcome?

Yes. Invitations indicate total number of guests - when sent to an entire family, we are counting the kids attendance!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, you will need to arrange your own travel to the venue.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, the bar will have a limited selection of beer and wine, with rum and vodka for the signature drinks (and any other cocktail you’d like!)

Can I take pictures?

We are having a strictly enforced ‘unplugged’ ceremony - DO NOT have your phone out during the ceremony! We have a lovely photographer and a family member doing videography, so all our bases are covered & will be shared widely once available. The cocktail hour and reception are a different story - feel free to take photos then!
