We were both sophomores in high school. We had AVID and Social Studies together and we became really good friends. After a while we started dating (I guess you could call us high school sweethearts!).

At the end of the year we usually take a trip to Pinetop to spend Christmas and New Years. Just when I thought all the gifts had been exchanged and opened, Dominic said there was one more out on the porch. As the sun was setting he pulled out the last gift in a little box down on one knee. It was beautiful!
