Is there a dress code?

Please, dress to impress in cocktail attire. https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364 The bridesmaids will be wearing black, so colorful attire would be much appreciated! This wedding is in a shaded garden & greenhouse (no grass).
