BWI is the closest airport to our wedding! It is located about 35 minutes from Delta Hotels and 40 minutes from the Hunt Valley Country Club.

This is where the wedding party will be staying and where the shuttles will be leaving from/going back to after the reception. Please use the attached link to book for a discounted price as part of our room block. We encourage you to book early as the hotel has a convention center where events are held every weekend. Shuttle

Shuttle from Delta Hotels to the Ceremony

October 28, 2023 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

There will be two shuttles leaving from Delta Hotels; one will be leaving at 4:30pm and the other will be leaving at 5:00pm. If you miss or choose not to take a shuttle, there is parking at the venue. You will be able to leave your car overnight if needed! There is also Uber and Lyft available in the area.

A shuttle will run from the reception back to the main hotel. For those interested in continuing the party, the Polo Bar will be open for gathering and drinks!
