Guests have until September 30th, 2025 to reserve rooms within our hotel block either by calling the hotel directly or using the provided booking link (linked below). After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released into the general inventory and may be offered at a higher rate. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by noon. The hotel provides a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and an evening reception. Additionally, guests who book through the hotel block will enjoy a discounted parking rate of $15 per day for on-site parking. Of course, guests are also welcome to make reservations at other accommodations.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 (the “Cut-Off Date”). Guests may reserve rooms within our hotel block either by calling the hotel directly or using the provided booking link (linked below). Guest check-in is at 4:00 PM; however, early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests to retain the room beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk reservations by calling the toll-free number: 1-(888)-236-2427. Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date in order to be eligible for the group rate. Additionally, overnight guests of the hotel can park in the parking ramp near the Hotel at the current parking rates at time of check-in. Current parking rates are $29.00 per night for self-parking.
