Question
What are the shuttle details?
Answer
We will have a shuttle located in downtown Hood River at the Best Western Plus parking lot at 1108 E Marina Dr, Hood River, OR 97031. The bus will be accepting guests from 2:50 pm - 3:05 pm. The bus will leave promptly at 3:05 pm. If you drive to the venue and find yourself unable to drive back, do not fret (!), you can leave your vehicle at the farm until the next morning! All vehicles must be picked up by 10:00 am Monday if left overnight! The shuttle will be available for guests to leave the venue starting at 9:50 pm for guests to depart by 10:05 pm. Guests will arrive back at Best Western Plus lot by 10:30 pm

Can I bring a plus one?

Our venue is an intimate space and, therefore, we are keeping our wedding to invited guests only. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We ask that our guests dress in black-tie optional/cocktail attire. Think elegant garden party (Pinterest is your friend!).

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes, we will have an open bar with wine, beer, cider, and fountain drinks.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We love your little ones but our wedding is adult only, thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive no earlier than 3:15 pm and no later than 3:50 pm for the 4:00 pm ceremony. After the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin, and then the dinner and reception will follow!

Can we Uber/Lyft to and from the venue?
Answer
Hood River, Oregon is a small community that does not have a high demand for rideshares. Unfortunately, that means getting an Uber/Lyft to and from the wedding venue is very unlikely. We recommend carpooling - there also will be a bus to take guests to and from Downtown Hood River on the day of the wedding (see top of page!)

Are there activities planned beyond the wedding?
Answer
Diala, Cameron, and their families are hosting several complimentary activities/events that begin Friday afternoon (see SCHEDULE tab for more information!). We hope you can join us for our wedding weekend festivities!
