17 DAYS!

Never in a million years could I have imagined I would have my mother to thank for finding me my forever love. Devon and I were introduced to one another through a mutual family friend. It began with texts back and forth to one another and long facetime calls almost every night. Shortly after we decided it was time to finally meet in person. I was super nervous to fly out to San Francisco and meet up with him for the first time and the thought of a long distance relationship only increased my nervousness. I was greeted curbside at the San Francisco airport by the most handsome man holding a dozen red roses wearing the biggest smile. We had the most amazing weekend which flew by and it was already time to go back home to Texas. Devon and I have been fortunate enough to be able to see one another at least once a month and travel together. Long distance has been the hardest test of our relationship but it has also allowed us to grow closer and stronger because of it. I can not wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend by my side. I can not wait to see where life will take us and allow us to grow together.
