Dear Family & Friends, Although you were not physically present with us on the day we exchanged our vows, you have been a part of our story in ways that words can hardly express. We wanted to share a glimpse into our journey and celebration so that you could feel as close to our hearts as ever. We first met in the summer of 2019—Larry had just completed the corrections officer program at Horizon Juvenile Center in the Bronx, NY, while Dezyre was just a month away from earning her Bachelor's degree at AI University in Chicago, IL. From the very beginning, we felt a connection that grew into a deep and meaningful bond. In 2021, we decided to take a leap together and moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Larry pursued his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Dezyre dedicated herself to earning her esthetician license. Life threw its share of challenges our way, and during a difficult season, we spent some time apart. But God, in His grace, brought us back together, stronger than before, and blessed us with the greatest gift—our beautiful son, Eliace (meaning “The Lord is my God”). After watching Eliace grow through his first year of life, we found ourselves reflecting on the journey that brought us here—one filled with love, resilience, and the joy of building a family together. On April 28, 2025, in the cozy comfort of our home, Larry proposed. The moment was tender and unforgettable, wrapped in love and the quiet certainty that our hearts had already chosen each other long ago. On August 2, 2025, surrounded by our immediate family, we exchanged vows in a ceremony overflowing with love, laughter, and the presence of Christ. It was a deeply joyful day—one we will cherish forever. Today, we are overjoyed to share that we’ve taken another exciting step: purchasing our first home in Haledon, NJ, where we look forward to growing our family and building new memories. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose.” — Romans 8:28 Though you couldn’t be there in person, we invite you to view our wedding photos as a window into this sacred moment. We hope they make you feel a part of our day, as you’ve been a part of our hearts. Thank you for your unwavering love and support throughout the years. We truly look forward to celebrating with our extended family and friends in the near future. Until then, we raise a toast to love, resilience, and the beautiful road ahead. With all our love, Larry, Dezyre & Eliace
