What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 pm, the ceremony will begin at 4pm. Since the wedding is south of Seattle on a Friday evening, please plan accordingly for traffic especially if not staying near the venue

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal; men may wear suits or dress shirts with slacks. Women may wear cocktail, midi, or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or tailored trousers. Please refrain from wearing white. Think "elevated" and "put-together" but comfortable enough for dancing. Our venue is fully paved, so you are welcome to wear shoes of your choice.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

On average the temperature in Puyallup WA in early September is mid to high 70s, cooling off in the evenings to the mid 50s

Is there parking?

Answer

Farm 12 has ample free parking for wedding guests along the east side of the venue near the Fika coffee shop. Please follow the signs to your destination. There is also additional gravel parking surrounding the venue if necessary

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and venue?

Answer

There will be no provided transportation

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Please join us for our ceremony in the greenhouse, cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard (weather permitting) and the dinner and reception will be in the event space. As you arrive to Farm 12 there will be signage directing you to where you need to go

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitiation

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, however, we are not able to accommodate every guest with children. When you go to RSVP your kids will be listed if they are invited.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Yes, there will be alcoholic and non alcoholic options as well as lite bites during our cocktail hour

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, a full course meal and dessert will be served during our reception

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have dietary restrictions (should be a place on the RSVP to note any) and we will do our best to accommodate
