The Cotton Room is located in the French Quarter Alley on an upper level. There is a door between Belfast Mill and Hooligans that opens to a staircase leading directly to the Cotton Room.

We recommend staying at the Kimpton Hotel. It is located directly next to the reception location and a 5 minute drive from St. Mary’s Chapel. It is our favorite downtown lodging!
