Issues RSVPing?

Please reach out to Rachel if you aren’t 100% sure that you have RSVP’d for every person in your party.

Is it going to be cold?

Answer

The average high for the day is around 60 degrees, but the low could be in the 30s. BRING LAYERS. The entire ceremony and reception is outside, but there will be a small pavilion that is heated by a fireplace, and a bonfire. The wedding ceremony is in the afternoon to avoid the temperature dropping at nightfall.

What if it's going to rain?

Answer

We will have a much smaller wedding and will have to prioritize family and people who have travelled from out of town if this happens. We will let you guys know if this is going to happen, but if you don’t hear anything then you are still invited.

Where do I park?

Answer

Entrance on taft highway, go past the dogpark and to the left. Park in the gravel lot. PLEASE CARPOOL WITH ANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS - THERE IS LIMITED PARKING.

Difficulty walking long distances?

Answer

There will be golf carts to help transfer folks from the parking lot to the ceremony if needed.

What are we eating?

Answer

BBQ, baked beans, Cole slaw, potato salad. There will be black bean burgers for vegetarians. Use napkins. BBQ sauce is hard to get out of fabric - don't sue us.
