Airbnb is one of the best options available in Mexico City. You can find exceptional deals that are often more affordable than hotels. Ubers are aplenty around the city and are very cheap to get around town. Our favorite neighborhoods are Roma Norte, Condesa, Juarez and Polanco. These are all very safe and have great restaurants and bars. If you go the Airbnb route, we would recommend booking with a SuperHost and/or Airbnb Plus.
