We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your invitation and on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that your keep your phones and cameras put away during our ceremony, as we want all of our favorite people to be present with us as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we will share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you'd like and use our hashtag: #grabembytheHorns so we can see our day through your eyes!
We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Women are invited to wear semi-formal/cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, but please do not wear white. For men, suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt is recommended. Please no jeans.
We love fall colors, so the bridesmaids will be wearing a burnt orange and the groomsmen will be in light tan suits. If you would like to wear these colors, you absolutely can! But, some people like to avoid accidentally matching so this is just an FYI.
The doors will open to guests at 3:30pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, please arrive no later than 4:15pm so that everyone can find their seats before our ceremony starts.

We are having a buffet style dinner and the drinks are on us! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know on your RSVP or reach out to Jake or Taylor to let us know ahead of time.
Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors (November can be cold here). During the cocktail hour, there will be an indoor and an outdoor bar open. The outdoor bar is on the covered patio that does have heaters or the alcohol can warm you up ;).

Yes, we have a shuttle set up from the DoubleTree. The shuttles to the venue will be at 3:15PM and 3:45PM.
Yes! Following our rehearsal dinner, we will have a welcome party from 7-9pm the night before at the hotel. Everyone is invited and we would love to mingle with you, but if you are unable to make it, no worries! This is just an opportunity for us to spend more time with our guests, especially those who are traveling.
