Can my children attend the ceremony and reception with me?
Answer
We love all of our friends and family's children! However, we have decided that our celebration will be an adults only (18+) occasion. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

What colors will the bridal party be wearing?
Answer
The bridal party will be wearing dusty blue dresses the day of the wedding.

Is there a dress code for the day of the wedding?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi formal attire. Please leave your denim and other casual attire at home on the day of the wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Ms. XYZ and Guest". If you are still confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all our guests kindly RSVP by no later than August 22nd!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to that time to ensure a smooth celebration! In order to ensure a smooth ceremony, any guests who arrive late will have to wait until after the ceremony to join us.

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?
Answer
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off or silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. We encourage everyone to use the photo sharing app advertised around the venue.

What's the bar situation?
Answer
We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee.

Where do I park?
Answer
Crescent Beach Club offers free valet parking for all guests as well as plenty of onsite parking. Our number one priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. If you are planning on drinking, Bayville has plenty of ride share options like Uber or Lyft to get you safely back to your accommodations that evening.

Answer
For our guest's convenience, a room block has been set up at the Hilton Garden Inn Rosyln. Please use the booking link available under the travel tab of this site! .
