Local travel

Any of the hotels near downtown/historic district will be close to the reception venue. There are many different hotels to choose from and can range from inexpensive (Quality Inn, Best Western, to extremely costly (The Mansion on Forsyth, The Gastonian, The Bohemian, Andaz Savannah, etc.). I might recommend looking in midtown (Abercorn), the southside (near I-95), or Pooler if you are looking for budget friendly places to stay. They are a bit further away, but far less expensive. Utilizing Lyft, Uber, or pedicabs during your stay is encouraged. The historic downtown area of Savannah can be a bit tricky with the squares and one-way streets if you are not familiar with the area.
