What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

No earlier than 15 minutes before 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot right in front of the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitted. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, just let us know so we can add them to the guest list. If they are not already on it.

How many times do I RSVP?

Answer

3 times. The reason for this is because knowing the wedding is on Thursday(which is a weekday), we want to confirm interest in attendance. The first RSVP is to notify of interest in receiving a formal invitation. The second RSVP is to the wedding after receiving a formal invitation. The third which isn’t really an RSVP, as it is just confirming nothing has happened to cause a change of plans. Simply because we know life happens and this is for us to avoid what ifs with the venue final count.

What if I show up without RSVPing?

Answer

We will be sending out reminders to RSVP, if you happen to not RSVP after the reminders. You may be removed from the guest list which means you may not have a seat available at the wedding due to the final count given to the venue.

If I am no longer on the guest list and would still like to attend?

Answer

If you would still like to attend but no seat available, you will be added to a waitlist. Therefore, if someone who does have a seat doesn’t show up by the start of the event then we will add you in for that seat in accordance to order on the waitlist.

Why the need for strict RSVP rules?

Answer
