Maid of Honor
We’ve been best friends since 8th grade, back when we used to dress up like twins and thought we were so cool. From our awkward middle school days to beach trips, spontaneous adventures, and traveling just to see each other, we’ve basically grown up side by side (even when miles apart). We’ve laughed until we cried, made memories we’ll never admit to, and shared every milestone along the way. I couldn’t be more excited to stand by her side as she marries the love of her life! 💛
Best Man
One of my favorite childhood memories with Jonathan is when Dad built us a backyard ice rink every winter. We’d skate for hours, battling like it was Game 7 of the Stanley Cup, neither of us could stand losing. We’d lose dozens of pucks in the snow, only to find them all scattered across the yard when the spring melt revealed them. Mom would have hot chocolate and snacks ready, while Dad kept a massive fire going to warm us up afterward. We’d end the night yelling and screaming at the TV during Ottawa Senators games.
Matron of Honor
Angela and I met the day she was born. I was 14, old enough to be her babysitter. Our age gap meant we didn't always share the same phases of life, but our love and bond has always been strong. Watching her grow into the incredible woman she is today has truly been special. Now, as she steps into this beautiful new chapter, I'm honored to stand by her side.
Groomsman
Jonathan and I have known each other since about 8 years old when we first started playing hockey together. From the Cyclones to the Meatballs, we’ve been on plenty of teams in between across numerous sports! Over the years, we’ve had more than our share of laughs, competitions, memories, and even a bowl of brownie batter before Mrs. Silvs could get them in the oven.
Bridesmaid
Angela and I met through our mutual friend Kourtney after we both moved to Cleveland from out of state. We connected over a shared love for running and started signing up for races together—usually the ones with the best post-race festivities. Over time, we grew closer while exploring our new city, from rec volleyball and bowling leagues and Browns tailgates to spontaneous adventures like a Stein Holding Contest (you can imagine how that went). Ang quickly became my go-to for fun, laughter, and motivation.
Groomsman
When I moved to Hudson - it was just two doors down from Jonny. At the time, I had no idea I was gaining a lifelong best friend - Some of my favorite memories are the nights before holidays or in the summer when Jonny and Danny would wander over as if they were family. We would always stay up way past our bedtime swapping stories, sipping whiskey, and battling it out in “Guess That Tune.” Always look forward to seeing each other at our annual Kzoo open golf outing and the U.S. Pond Hockey Championships in Minnesota, where I get to give Jonny endless grief about Michigan being better than Ohio… and proudly embrace my title as an honorary cashew. Bridesmaid
Ang and I met at work and instantly clicked. It’s been almost 8 years now and her friendship means the world to me, from constant laughs and endless memories, I can’t wait to continue making more!
Groomsman
It all began when fate (and Ohio University’s housing office) paired us as random roommates. What started as getting to know each other quickly turned into late-night debates and endless mock drafts fueled by our shared, unwavering devotion to the Cleveland Browns. While our armchair GM skills probably dinged our GPAs a bit and certainly didn’t land us cushy jobs at Goldman Sachs—or help the Browns find that elusive franchise quarterback—they did spark a friendship built on loyalty, laughter, and a lot of football heartbreak. That friendship only grew stronger, culminating in one unforgettable night celebrating the 2016 Cavs championship—and now, we’re celebrating something even better.
Flower Girl
Angela and I met back sophomore year after I switched schools, and we clicked right away. She made me feel so welcome and I am so glad we met. From inside jokes and spontaneous adventures to late-night talks and endless laughter, we’ve made more memories than I can count. She’s been one of those friends who’s always there, no matter how many years pass by. Watching her fall in love and get ready to start this next chapter with Jonathan has been so special. I’m beyond excited to celebrate the amazing person she is. It’s going to be such a beautiful, joy-filled day — and I can’t wait to dance the night away with her!
Flower Girl
Angela and I have been friends for over 15 years, and she has always been one of the sweetest, caring, and most loving friends. One of my favorite memories with Ang is being on our school’s basketball team, and rebelling against our Nike team shoe. Just us two got high top Jordan’s and although it didn’t make us play better, we thought we were so cool! I love you always, and so happy for you.
Ring Bearer
I don't remember the exact moment I met her because I was just a baby. My aunt wasn't just family, she was my nanny, my snuggle buddy, and my personal stylist. Now, I get to do something really cool, I'm her ring bearer! I'm so excited to walk down the aisle and help her and Jonathan start this new chapter. She's always been there for me, and now I get to be there for her.
Officiant
Jonny and I go back to middle school. We turned our braces and ice rink nachos into collegiate athletes at fraternity parties. We have since evolved, now with tailgates, golf trips, and game nights fueled by all you can eat sushi. What hasn’t changed is our shared sense of humor, love for our families, and lifelong friendship. L’chaim
