Devynn and Troy will be staying at The Appalachian at Mountain Creek. A shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. The rooms are first come, first served as the resort does not provide a room block. Please book quickly as there are events going on in the area during that weekend and rooms will fill up fast! There is also lodging available at The Minerals at Crystal Springs, which is 4 minutes down the road. Please note that the shuttle is only being provided to/from The Appalachian Resort. Hotel to Venue Approximate shuttle pick-up times: 4:15pm, 4:40pm, 5:05pm Venue to Hotel Approximate shuttle pick-up times: 9:40pm, 10:05pm, 10:35pm If you are not taking the shuttle, there is a large parking lot about 1/4 mile away from the venue. Golf cart transportation will be provided to and from the parking lot. Handicapped parking is available closer to the building. FYI: When looking at the rates of the rooms at The Appalachian, you’ll see that each category of room sleeps anywhere from 4 to 8 people, making the prices much more reasonable.
