We have reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn Poughkeepsie that is currently full. We have another block at the Homewood Suites Poughkeepsie, which is right next to the Residence Inn. There are options to stay on both the 14th and/or 15th of April. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotels and venue by Elite Limo. We have rented a 27 passenger shuttle bus. Shuttle is set to arrive at 4pm on 4/15 (at the Residence Inn) and will depart around 4:20pm for the first drop off at The Grandview. It will loop back around for a second pick up if you missed it. The shuttle will be available from 9:30pm on to shuttle back and forth from venue to hotel. *For our guests staying at the Homewood Suites, all you need to do is walk across the parking lot to the Residences Inn and hop on the shuttle bus.
Please note there are other many other hotels in the area that have availability if you do not wish to stay in one of the hotels listed here.
