Both! The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in a barn. Be ready for weather and wear comfortable shoes. Cowboy boots highly encouraged!
Only if your invitation says so. Otherwise, we’re keeping it adults-only to give everyone a chance to let loose.
Western-inspired! Semi-formal country! See Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/2MCI9rud9
Contact Sam directly—she has a list of preferred rental vendors who can hook you up with the perfect trailer or RV for the weekend.
We'll share an official schedule closer to the date, but expect the ceremony to start in the late afternoon. Early arrival is encouraged for mingling and seating.
Q: Can we come to the Friday night event? A: Yes! All guests are welcome to join us for our Beers & S’mores Welcome Party starting at 7:30 PM. Q: What about the rehearsal dinner? A: The rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party only. Please be respectful and allow that event to finish before heading to the welcome party.
Yes! Join us for a relaxed Pancake Breakfast at 10:00 AM on the football field at the ranch. The father of the groom will be flipping pancakes, so come hungry and ready to enjoy one last morning together before heading home. Coffee, good vibes, and plenty of syrup guaranteed!
Yes! There will be plenty of parking at the ranch, including space for trailers and motorhomes. Look for signs.
The wedding and reception will include drinks and food, so no need to bring your own. But you're welcome to stock your trailer for the weekend!
Cell service may be limited depending on your carrier. Download directions ahead of time and plan to unplug a little!
We’re keeping things intimate and ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, heels are totally fine! We just want to note that the venue includes dirt and small gravel, so choose accordingly.
Unfortunately, Uber and Lyft do not operate in this area.
Not officially, but please let Sam know if you plan on attending either. We need to plan accordingly for food and drinks
After exiting the 10 Freeway at 8th Street, you’ll head up the mountain for about 15 minutes, climbing to 4,000 feet. It’s an easier (and quicker!) drive than Big Bear. Just something to consider when booking accommodations—particularly with celebratory beverages involved.
You’ll turn left onto Twin Pines Road from Banning–Idyllwild Panoramic Highway and follow it to the very end. If you start to question whether you’re lost, that’s normal—just keep going and you’ll find the ranch. Once inside the gates, please go slow and watch for animals. Parking will be to your right.
Please to contact Sam to inform her of your camping plans. The cost for dry camping is $40 per night. It is a donation made to Cowboys 4 a Cause . If you’d like to join the welcome party on Friday, you can arrive and set up your RV that afternoon. If you prefer to check in on Saturday morning, that works too! There’s no specific check-in or check-out time to worry about. However, please communicate when you plan to arrive so we can plan accordingly
