Yes, BUT we respectfully request no children during the ceremony, allowing all of our guests to include the Bride and Groom to enjoy their day. During the reception, children can be placed inside. Please keep noises and interruption to a minimum.
Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream. Our wedding colors are emerald green, sage, gold and black, but guests are welcome to wear whichever makes them feel their best.
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by May 15th so we can plan accordingly! When RSVPing, please include only the guests listed on your invitation. Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
No, We kindly ask that you put your phones away and on silent during the ceremony. However, towards the end there will be an announcement when you are able to take out your phones for pictures and videos. Feel free to snap pictures during the reception and afterwards.
The ceremony will start at 5pm. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available on site at the Oakview Lodge. Both ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.
The ceremony as of right now will be held outdoors & the reception will be held indoors. If we come into a predicament with the weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. Regardless to say, but please dress accordingly for the weather on a days notice.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and enjoy the evening safely.
