The stay at the Villa will be $500 per person. This includes your room for 3 nights as well as meals and alcohol other than lunch on wedding day.
If you are not traveling anywhere before the wedding, then Rome airport will be the easiest, typically cheapest, closest, and where the bus will be picking up guests to transport to the villa.
We recommend getting there at least two days before before July 3rd as the jet lag could last a full day or two. The last wedding we went to in Italy, most couples traveled before the wedding and ending at the wedding, this is a great option as well. We know every situation will be different, but these are our recommendations.

Yes, there is. Several people will be renting cars and driving to the Villa. If you have never been to Italy, we will tell you the roads can be a little difficult to navigate. Totally your decision and other people will be driving!
We would recommend getting essentials like water and snacks. There is a bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast is included everyday and all meals are an event other than lunch on the wedding day.

Your passport needs to be valid for at least 3 months after your departure date (6 months or more would be safest). You will need to apply for ETIAS, we are still figuring out the details and will keep you updated on how to get this done. Europe keeps pushing back the date on when this will be mandatory, so we will continue to look at requirements and update those here. This should be a fairly easy process though.

Expect warm, sunny days and cooler evenings. Typically the high is in the mid-80s to low-90s and nights are in the 70s but can dip into the 60s.
