How early can I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 5:15, and be seated no later than 5:45.

Yes. Please make sure to include the ones that are attending in your party when you RSVP.

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The ceremony will be on grass, so please keep that in mind when choosing shoes to wear!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, the wedding venue has ample parking available.

Are ubers and lyfts available in the area

Yes, we will be located by the Oakland Airport.

is there transportation to and from the hotel and venue?

If you are staying at the Holiday Inn yes. If you are staying at the Springhill Suites, it is close enough to order an uber or lyft.

Are pictures allowed?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony where guests are asked to put away their phones and cameras and refrain from taking photos or videos. Pictures and videos will be allowed during the reception.

Any plus one is already attached to your invitation.

Are we accepting gifts?

Answer

Please order all wedding gifts through the website registry. We will not be taking any physical gift at the venue. Cards are welcome.
