When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 2nd. Formal invitations will be sent out with more details, but we would love to hear from you by this date to help us finalize our plans for the big day on June 28, 2025!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Zola and are doing a cash-only registry. Your contributions will help us achieve some exciting goals - purchasing our first home, going on a dream honeymoon, and welcoming a new puppy to join Maya. Your generosity is so appreciated, and we can’t thank you enough for helping us start this next chapter together!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:30 p.m. to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled before the 4:00 p.m. ceremony begins. This will also give you a chance to enjoy the atmosphere and find your seat before things kick off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for guests to wear cocktail attire or formal wear. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and ready to celebrate. It’s going to be a special day, and we want you to feel as fabulous as the occasion!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP includes a plus one, then absolutely! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for our wedding, we’ve decided to keep it an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are the children in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have 15 rooms reserved at the AmeriVu Inn & Suites in Waconia, MN. Be sure to mention that you're booking for the Dvorak/Karnes wedding on June 28, 2025, to receive a 10% discount. Please note that rooms must be booked before May 28, 2025, to secure the discount. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, Gale Woods Farm, which has plenty of parking available for all guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Ubers and Lyfts are available for transportation to and from the ceremony at Gale Woods Farm. We recommend scheduling your ride ahead of time to ensure a smooth and timely trip!
