Question

Will there be a shuttle after the after-party?

Answer

No. The after party is walking distance from Hotel Goodwin and Ironworks. If you are at a different hotel, you are responsible for getting an uber/lyft back to your hotel after the after-party.

Question

When is the last day I can book a hotel room in the room block?

Answer

The block rate at Home2Suites and Hampton is available until September 10th. After this date, available rooms can be booked at the normal hotel rate.

Question

What happens if I miss the shuttle?

Answer

You can drive to the venue (or uber pending availability). You may park your car overnight at the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel. Cars must be picked up from the venue before 12pm the next day.
