Picture this: 6 am Rena comes running into work, it's her first day and her bus didn't come but she made it on time (don't listen to what Devon says about this) She was shadowing Devon, of course, so he showed her the ropes and things went on from there. By August they became best friends. By the following March they were dating.

On a Tuesday, Devon asked Rena if she wanted to go on an adventure that Friday. They decided to head towards Westport, WA to get some wine and walk along the coast. The wine and food were great (would recommend Westport Winery), they visited the mermaid museum and then went in search of the water. While walking on the beach, they stopped to look out over the water. Devon said "hey look, I think I see a dolphin!" and Rena responded "uhm, but are you sure?" but of course, she looked anyway. While they went back and forth for a bit she kept looking out, not even noticing that he had moved. Finally, ready to tell him that a dolphin was NOT there, she turned to find him on one knee. He had a beautiful proposal, one that Rena can't recall at all because she was in shock and crying, but a beautiful one nevertheless. She said yes, obv. So here we are today!
