Dress warm! The attire for Friday is black tie — please note the ceremony will be outside. Warm puffer / fur jackets will be needed. The reception is very close, so can always mingle inside until ceremony, if needed. *Please wear appropriate footwear as you will be walking in the snow.* There will be a coat rack to check your coat for the reception. Slippers will be provided for women, for the dance floor.
We have some recommendations listed — the two gondolas that will be used for both events are Bridger and Sweetwater. We recommend a hotel that is nearby in Teton Village, as there will be no transportation provided.
All events will take place in Teton Village, so renting a car is not necessary. If you would like to, you are more than welcome. There will be taxis available to and from Teton Village. Most ride share apps are not as available and popular in Jackson, so taxi is recommended. Taxi’s are available at the airport and available upon request with your hotel for departure. A recommended car service is Bison Transportation - please contact (307) 699-9017 to schedule.
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only (21+) affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. Après ski party is adult only, as well. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the weekend. We kindly request this be an adult-only celebration — thank you.
The ceremony and reception are at Rendezvous Lodge. Please walk to Bridger gondola and head up the mountain as both ceremony and reception are mid mountain.
The après ski party is up the Sweetwater gondola. Please get off at the first stop. If you are skiing, please download on the Sweetwater goldola, to the first stop.
One of my favorite parts of skiing? Après ski. The cocktails, the chili, and of course, the après ski outfits. Even if you’re not a big skier, the après ski experience makes a trip to the mountains worth getting dressed up for. I love that it’s completely acceptable to wear leggings, boots and cozy sweaters, and big furry jackets — for those skiing Saturday morning, coming straight from the mountain is welcomed.
