When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 3rd, 2026. If something comes up to where you originally could not make it, but now can and it is after the RSVP date, please still let us know! Please note, you must RSVP to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open 45 minutes before the ceremony begins and will close 5 minutes till 4:00pm. If you arrive after the doors have been closed, please wait to join until after the ceremony has concluded and the doors have been reopened.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes!! The venue has a variety of options that range from vegan to allergy substitutes. Please be sure to add the note in during your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Absolutely! As long as they have been RSVP'd as your plus one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the Gala 417 team will also be available to help with any parking questions and will be available to help direct you on where to go if needed.
