How do I get there?

Answer

The park is easily found on any GPS app The roads to and from the park wind through many hills and valleys...so bring your dramamine From St. Louis, MO (Travel time 2 hours and 45 minutes) From St. Louis follow I-44 West to the MO-63S/72E in Rolla (Exit 186) Follow MO-72 East to Salem In Salem, continue on to MO-72/32 for another 2 miles At the junction of MO-19, make a right to follow MO-19 south Follow MO-19 to Echo Bluff State Park, entrance will be on the left approximately 29 miles from Salem From Springfield, MO (Travel time 2 hours and 45 minutes) From the Springfield area, take US-60 East Follow US-60 East approximately 117 miles to Winona Turn left onto MO-19 and follow through Eminence Continue on MO-19 to Echo Bluff State Park, entrance will be on the right approximately 14 miles from Eminence

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside at the Bluff Top Pavilion located near the entrance of the park. It is the first turn off after entering the park.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at the main lodge.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures, but the guests can enjoy appetizers and drinks before dinner

Question

What do we do about food and drinks if we plan on staying the weekend?

Answer

If you plan on staying for the weekend, there is a restaurant in the lodge that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cabins also have a full kitchen and dining area if you would like to bring groceries with you. The nearest grocery store is in Eminence about 20 minutes South on Rt 19. The nearest Wal-Mart is in Salem about 1 hr North on Rt 19.

What should I wear?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside, so dress for a Missouri November. This could mean an 80 degree sunny day or a blizzard.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, there will be lodging blocked off. Lodging must be reserved by September 11th, 2020. Call the lodge to reserve your lodging - (855) 999-6980 Echo Bluff provides hotel style rooms located in the lodge. There are also cabins located near the lodge. More information is provided in the "Venue and Lodging" tab located above

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP's should be submitted by August 7th 2020. RSVP's can be filled out via email invitation

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner and drinks will be provided during the reception.

Answer

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will NOT be provided, but all festivities will take place within the park. The ceremony is located at the Bluff Top Pavilion (see map in "Venue and Lodging" tab). The reception is being held at the lodge, which is located about 1 mile in the park on the main park road.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that no one have their phones out during the ceremony, but feel free to take as many pictures as you want throughout the day
