The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors, we're hoping for mild weather, but it is the end of October, so please plan accordingly. The outdoor patio areas will have heaters running during the Cocktail Hour, the Reception will be held in a covered pavilion.
The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4:30PM. The optional hotel bus shuttles (yellow school buses) will pick up at both the Hampton Inn Hershey & Courtyard Marriott Hershey beginning at 3:15PM and will depart promptly for the venue at 3:30PM. Please Note: the hotels will do their best to accommodate early check ins, however they can’t commit that rooms will be available early. So, if you plan to use one of the optional bus shuttles, please plan prep time to change attire, etc. The reception ends at 10PM with buses available to bring guests back to both hotels. You are also welcome to drive your own car or Uber, parking is available at the venue.
