What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The Bedford Village Inn 2 Olde Bedford Way Bedford, NH 03110 The Bedford Village Inn is a historic venue and has limited accessibility. The Great Hall does have an elevator which can be accessed through the garage with assistance of a Front Desk Representative. The Inn overnight rooms are not fully handicap accessible, however, there are rooms at the Grand which are fully ADA compliant.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending the weather, our wedding is planned to be a mixture of outdoor and indoors. The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors with an outdoor patio area available as well.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Organized transportation will not be provided as the majority of our guests will be local to the area. For guests joining from out of town, we encourage you to organize transportation to and from your hotel to the venue ahead of time.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Parking will be available for all guests for the duration of the Wedding. Guests who are staying at the Bedford Village Inn overnight may leave their vehicles overnight.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Semi-formal wedding attire is the murky middle ground between formal and casual. Men: Suit jacket or a blazer with dress pants. Ties aren't required, but can elevate a look. Women: Anything from a mid to knee-length dress, dressy separates.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The average temperature in New Hampshire in late September is around 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

Am I allowed to bring my children or additional guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to make our wedding day as memorable as possible.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entrée. The evening will end with dessert!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

All efforts will be made to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please ensure you note your preferences when you RSVP.

Answer

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 2:45pm as the ceremony begins at 3:00pm.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm and will last roughly 30 minutes. Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour, the reception will begin around 4:30pm and will end at 9:00pm.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you do not take any photos or use any devices during the ceremony of our wedding. You are welcome to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception, but as a professional photographer will be capturing the night, we encourage you to unplug and enjoy the moment.
