The short answer is no! The long answer - if you decide to book your stay at a resort other than Sandos, the resort will require you to purchase a Day Pass to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. The Bride and Groom have a very limited budget to provide guests with such day passes, and it is being reserved for immediate family members and members of the bridal party.
No. We are using a booking code so the resort knows who is booking for the wedding. Please speak with our travel agent Marlene for more information. She can be reached via email: Marlene@RiverdaleTravel.com
Yes! While traveling to Cabo with your kiddos is completely up to you, we intentionally selected Sandos Finisterra so that our younger family members are able to attend the wedding. You can find more information about the resort's Kids Club and family activities on their website!
Your invitation will indicate the number of guests reserved in your party. Please do not attend the ceremony/reception with anyone who is not listed on your invitation.
The dress code is beach cocktail attire. Our ceremony is in the sand and our reception is on a paved mountaintop terrace.
Our ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour with light appetizers, then a dinner reception. The bar will be open during the reception events. Our menu is still being finalized with the resort.
Please do not use your cell phones to take photos during the ceremony. We would like to see your face as we walk down the aisle, not your phone case! During the cocktail hour and reception taking personal photos/videos is welcome AND encouraged.
We do not have any other formal events planned. However, we know our guests and expect there will be plenty of spontaneous meet ups at the pool or one of Sandos' many restaurants.
Our cocktail hour/reception venue is only accessible via stairs. We are confirming number of steps with the resort team, and will update our website once we have this information. If this is a concern for you please do not hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom.
