We both grew up in Colorado—Devon in Denver and Alicia in Centennial. Years ago, we attended the same church, Living Hope Baptist Church, and vaguely remember seeing each other there, though our paths never truly crossed. Fast forward to May 2022, when God reconnected us. Our first date was downtown at Little Ollie’s Chinese and Sushi. After hours of great conversation and instant chemistry, we decided to keep the night going at Moxy Denver Cherry Creek—talking and laughing until nearly 3 a.m. The rest, as they say, is history. After a few more dates and meeting each other’s families, it was clear this connection was something special. We soon began building a life together and, in May 2023, found out we were expecting a baby girl. In January 2024, our precious daughter, Noah Grace, arrived and forever changed our world for the better. In April 2025, surrounded by family and friends, Devon surprised Alicia with a heartfelt proposal that brought happy tears and so much joy. Now, as we look forward to saying “I do” in May 2026, We are beyond grateful for the love that brought us together, the laughter that fills our home, and the family and friends who continue to support our journey.
