Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our micro wedding is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate those who are listed on the invitation. If you have any questions regarding the guest policy, please contact us. Thank you!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying near Dulles Airport as several local hotels provide free shuttles to and from the airport. We have also reserved a discounted block of hotel rooms at Hyatt Place Sterling/Dulles Airport-North - more details are available under the travel section.

What is the best form of transportation?

Answer

Ubers in the area are fairly inexpensive and safer when drinking, however if you plan on extending your stay past the weekend we'd recommend renting a car for convenience. We also encourage carpooling together to cut costs!

What is the attire?

Answer

For the welcome dinner, the dress code is smart casual. Examples include button down shirt with dark pants or nice blouse with dress pants. For ceremony & reception, please wear formal attire. Examples include formal midi-length or floor dress, dark-colored suit & tie, etc. For the after party please wear whatever you'd like! We will have time between the reception and after party for guests to recharge their social batteries and dress more comfortably if desired.

Where do we arrive?

When arriving at the property, please follow signage to Gate #2 over by the Tower View Tasting Room. There is a spacious lot for parking or Uber drop off.

When does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 10 AM at the hillside location on site. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early. Please be seated by 9:45 AM. Signage will be provided & staff will be on site to assist guests as needed. Following the ceremony, guests will be led to the Summit Room for the cocktail hour & reception.

Can we take photos & video?

Answer

We ask that you stay unplugged during the ceremony. We will have a pro photographer there to capture the moment and would like guests to remain present. After the ceremony photos & video will be permitted, we will even have a shared photo gallery that can be accessed via QR code should you wish to participate! Posting on social media is also allowed!

Will there be any special dietary accommodations?

Answer

Yes, we will accommodate specific dietary needs for those who need it at both the welcome dinner & reception. Please be sure to indicate dietary needs when you RSVP.
