How do I get from the airport to my hotel?
Answer
There is no Uber in Marrakech which is why we recommend you ask your hotel to coordinate transportation for you.

Is there a direct flight from New York to Marrakech?
Answer
No. But there is a direct flight from New York to Casablanca. Once you get to Casablanca, you can reserve transportation to Marrakech. We recommend you ask your hotel to help arrange this option for you.

The local currency is Moroccan Dirham. Euros are widely used but it is useful to have some local currency. 100 Dirhams are currently worth just over 10 USD or 9 Euros. Amex is not generally accepted. Visa and Mastercard work in most places

If you require a doctor for any reason, please are reception at El Fenn to call Dr. Samir. The doctor will require payment in cash- approximately 50 Euros for his visit. It is best to call the doctor immediately if you have any signs of illness

ATMS are at the airport and all over town, there are two banks with a few metres walk of El Fenn.
