The Wedding Website of Sydney DeVoe and Connor Griffin
We are excited to welcome you to Cape Cod! Harwich is located on the southeastern side of the Cape—just about 30 minutes from the bridges and surrounded by beautiful beaches, cozy shops, and quintessential New England charm. Here’s everything you need to know about getting here and getting around:

Traveling By Air

Details:

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Approx. 90 miles (2 hours) to Harwich Port/Chatham The largest airport in the area with the most flight options. Rental cars available on-site. Train or Cape bus services are also available. Providence T.F. Green Airport (PVD) Approx. 95 miles (2 hours) away A smaller, easy-to-navigate airport with convenient rental car access. Cape Cod Gateway Airport (HYA) – Hyannis, MA Approx. 15 miles (30 minutes) away The closest airport, with limited flights (mostly from Boston or NYC). Ideal for shorter or regional travel.

Traveling By Car

Details:

Driving is the most flexible way to reach and explore the Cape. From Boston: Take I-93 South to MA-3, then cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Cape Cod. Continue on US-6 East, then take Exit 82 (formerly Exit 10) for Harwich/Chatham. Travel Tip: Cape traffic can be heavy on summer weekends—especially Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings. Try to travel at off-peak times if possible!

Getting Around the Cape

Details:

Car Rentals – Highly recommended if you want to explore towns and beaches at your own pace. Rideshares – Uber and Lyft are available but can be limited or slow, especially late at night or in more residential areas. Taxis & Local Shuttles – Some hotels and inns offer shuttle services—check with your accommodation ahead of time.
