Our Engagement Story On a sunny day in August, Devin and Louise got up and went out on an early morning adventure to Butler's Orchard. Devin told Louise it was just a fun date idea he had, but didn't say much else as to keep it a surprise. Once arriving, Louise noticed a good friend was there with her camera. Louise and Devin walked around with their friend, taking pictures and enjoying the sunflowers and beautiful day. Louise did find the coincidence rather odd, but proceeded to enjoy getting some good photos in the sunflowers as they are her favorite flower. Devin finally stopped at the top of a small hill with Louise, and got a couple close up shots. Then, as Louise was beginning to wonder what this was all about, Devin got down on his knee and Louise was so excited she threw her hands up in the air overjoyed. They spent more time in the sunflowers enjoying the day, and then went to dinner with family, and their closest friends to celebrate!
