County Theater
One of the most iconic places in the Doylestown borough, the County Theater screens a variety of different films each month. It is only opened Sunday-Thursday, so either start off or wrap up the weekend by enjoying a showing of your choice and the homemade popcorn.
Bagel Barrel
By far the best bagels in town! Nick's order: a sesame seed bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. Shannon's order: a yellow submarine on an whole wheat everything bagel
The Borough of Doylestown
Walk/shop/dine in Doylestown for the day! The Doylestown Farmer's Market will be open on Saturday from 8am-1pm. Our recommendations include Nourish by Mama, 86 West, Quinoa, Penn Taproom, and Mosquito Grille. Hops/Scotch has the best specialty cocktails, MOM's is always a reliable spot, and we love Nonno's ice cream in the summer
SkyRoast Coffee
Delicious, top quality coffee - ask for an espresso smoothie to get a fresh take on cold coffee!
Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard
We ending a summer night's festivities with Rita's! This location is new and improved, but this is where Shannon worked during high school and Nick would visit her almost every shift :)
Peddler's Village
This eclectic destination is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. We recommend shopping at Fox and Holly, eating at Caleb's American Kitchen or Earl's New American, and checking out the Free Will Brewing Company taproom. Giggleberry Fair is always a fun time for the kids and family!
Lake Galena
15 minutes from the hotels. Enjoy the 6+ mile trail in Peace Valley Park that surrounds Lake Galena. Nick, Shannon, and Mr. McGarry try to run the loop before the Spring Lake Five every year!

Walking distance from the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. We had one of our very first dates here!
