WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

It all began in 2016, when Jessica and Sean first met as teenagers working part-time at the Market Basket in Wilmington, MA. Neither of them thought that at fifteen and sixteen, they had already met the person they would one day build a life with. They remained friends and kept in touch for a few years, forwhen life naturally pulled them in different directions after high school—but fate clearly wasn’t finished with their story.

In September 2023, after going their separate ways during college, Jessica and Sean reconnected—and everything clicked. Catching up turned into long conversations, old memories sparked new feelings, and it quickly became clear that their timing was finally right. By November, they were officially dating, and what once felt like a small chapter had turned into the start of something much bigger.

By March 2024, Jessica and Sean had moved in together—ready to turn their fresh start into a real future. Just two months later, in May, they received the biggest surprise of all: they were expecting a baby. Excitement, nerves, and a whole lot of love filled their home as they prepared for this incredible new chapter. Their daughter, Mackenzie, was born in January 2025, and quickly became the greatest blessing in their lives. She brought them a new kind of joy and purpose, changing their world in the most beautiful way. Jessica and Sean wouldn’t change a thing—every moment has led them to this perfect happiness.

What Jessica thought was just a sweet photoshoot with her daughter—a totally normal day, since capturing photographic memories is one of her favorite things—turned out to be the surprise of a lifetime. As she arrived, she was met with “Marry Me” balloon letters, a thoughtfully planned setup, and Sean waiting with a ring (and a full heart). It was a moment filled with genuine love.

Then, on May 30th, 2025, Sean proposed at Plum Beach in Newburyport. Jessica said yes—proof that sometimes, the right person is there all along… even if it takes a few years (and a little patience) to realize it.
