WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Answer

The resort is all inclusive which means the following is included in the per person price- Food- All meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol) There are 12 restaurants, 1 coffee/dessert bar, 15 bars, and room service too! Activities - 12 pools, daily/nightly live performances, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking lessons, and yoga classes are all included. *Please Note: Spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis and boating) are not included. * Using our promo code (on the Hotel + Travel page) to reserve your room. *Wedding Events*- You will have access to all wedding events we will host at the resort. Airport Transportation - You will be picked up from the airport once you arrive and also dropped off at the airport at the end of your trip by the resort's transfer company, Seasons Transfers. We will send the transfer company one spreadsheet with everyone's flight information.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. No flip-flops.

Would I have to pay for my own plane ticket and hotel room?

Answer

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love children but we thought you might like a night off. Our wedding is an adults-only event. The Finest is a kid-friendly resort and has many activities for kids. Guest can request a babysitter which will be the guest's responsibility for the cost.

CAN I BRING A EXTRA GUEST?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Only the specific person/persons (including plus ones) named on the invitation is invited. You may bring someone with you for your stay only. They will not be attending the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Passports are REQUIRED for travel to Mexico. Due to the pandemic, passport services have been taking longer than usual, and they have suspended overnight services related to passports. If your passport needs to be renewed, or if you will be getting your passport for the first time, it would be best to start that process ASAP so that if you encounter any issues we have plenty of time to sort them out. *Please also note that your plane ticket must match the name on your passport EXACTLY. If you have any questions regarding passports.* Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jess & Jayme with any questions.

WHAT ARE THE ROOM RATES?

See the discounted rates for each room category above. You must use our discount code to receive these rates. You can explore the various room categories on the Finest website under the 'SUITES' tab. There are many other room categories available at the resort. The sooner you book, the better room options and availability there will be. The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, when using the discount code. Above is an example of the rates of the most affordable room available at the resort. Please note the rates are *per person, per night*.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE RESORT?

Our wedding is on Wednesday APRIL 24,2024. Please plan to arrive at least by Tuesday morning. Please take into consideration the possibility of flight delays or flight cancellations when booking flights. We'd hate for you to miss out on celebrating with us!

TRAVEL TIPS

Answer

Please look at this video to get information about Cancun's airport https://youtu.be/81mezjwO0qk When you land in Cancun and get past immigration, get your luggage and clear customs. After clearing customs, you will exit to a hall where you will find different booths. Please DO NOT STOP there are timeshare companies. Walk all the way to the main gate and exit outside. -Outside is where you will find your driver from Seasons. They will be in GREEN shirts. - If you have an early flight and will arrive early to the resort, pack a swim suit in your carry on. The resort will hold your luggage until your room is ready! - Please note that there is a strict dinner attire at the restaurants. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and flip flops are not allowed for dinner. Men should make sure to pack collared shirts (polos, button downs) and long pants.
