It all began at the rehearsal dinner of his best friend's wedding. He knew of her, thanks to his friend, but he had never actually met her. That night, he couldn't get her out of his mind. He was so excited to see her the next day. Some hours later, the next day had arrived. He was continuously told by his friends that he had one night to convince her to stay, so he made sure to bring his A-game. He didn't get the opportunity to see her until the ceremony began. He was on the left side of the groom as a best man. He could see her on the right side of the bride. He took every opportunity to admire how beautiful she was. He would catch her admiring him at times too and it would bring a big smile to his face. He couldn't believe that someone like her would be admiring him back... It was on to the reception. He knew this would be his moment to convince her to stay. After the bride and groom had their dance, they invited everyone else up to slow dance with them. He was so nervous, but he had only this one night. What could he have to lose? He extended his hand and asked her to dance. With the most amazing smile he had ever laid eyes on, she accepted. He was beaming with excitement. They danced with at least a foot of space between them. They were so nervous, they forgot to look at each other for fear they were too close. Once the song came to an end, he immediately pulled her into the next room. All he wanted to do was get to know her. They talked the night away, learning so many facts and details about one another. He felt as if he was succeeding in convincing her to stay. As the night came to a close, they exchanged numbers and he felt as if he would definitely see her again. Little did he know that the next time and every time after, would be in Colorado. He moved his whole life to be with her. He would do it all over again too. He loves her and he is beyond excited to spend the rest of his life with her.
