Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love the children in our lives! Our wedding will be child free with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle that will travel to and from the Comfort Inn in Hadley.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire, bright colors encouraged! We want you to have fun and be comfortable!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Inn on Boltwood is a hotel, but it does have a 2 night minimum! We will also have a hotel with a wedding rate, the Comfort Inn, which is a very short drive away. There will be a shuttle to the Comfort Inn. There are several other hotels in the area as well.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking behind the Inn at Boltwood, and it overflows into the Amherst College parking lot which is available for us. We will also have a shuttle running from the Comfort Inn in Hadley.
