Yes! White Oak Road Farm has designated parking on your left as you follow the driveway. There are limited handicap parking spaces available beside the reception barn. If special accommodations are needed for accessibility or if you have additional concerns please reach out!

We would LOVE for all of our family and friends to dress up with us! The event is formal/black tie optional. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the ceremony lawn and the rest of the evening will move indoors.
Yes! We will have a charter bus that transports between the Holiday Inn and the ceremony. There will be only one trip to the venue for the ceremony, but there will be multiple trips at different times from the reception back to the hotel. Final schedule will be posted closer to the date.
3:45 PM - 4:15 PM :Bus arrives at hotel and guest can load on a first come first serve basis. This is the ONLY bus taking guest to the venue! 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, 11:15 PM : Bus will be making rounds between the venue and hotel at these times. DJ will be announcing bus departures approximately 30 minutes prior to each of the listed times.
