We encourage all guests to wear semi-formal attire. Semi-formal attire for women includes floor or midi length dresses, seperates, or dress pants. For men, this includes suits, dress shirts, and slacks (please no jeans). The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy field so you will want to avoid stilettos. We recommend a chunky heel, wedges, or flats. For men, please wear dress shoes (no sneakers).
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at the ceremony site no later than 4:20 PM but no earlier than 4:00 PM. Please note: There is a parking lot located directly behind the ceremony site. In the event of overflow parking, there may be a need for you to park further away from the ceremony site. Please keep this in mind when planning your arrival time. If you arrive at the ceremony site (after parking) after 4:20 PM, you will likely be unable to be seated after the ceremony has begun.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! For families, we've included your children on your RSVP. Please note, unless listed we are not able to accommodate any additional children.
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. In the event of rainy weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The best gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
You will be dearly missed but we do understand. In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend, please indicate this in the RSVP tab. Doing so will greatly help us to plan accordingly.
We have thoughtfully decided to serve alcohol at our reception. We will provide beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and a variety of non-alcoholic options for guests. We kindly ask that those who choose to drink do so in moderation, reflecting the qualities of wisdom and self-control. (Titus 2:2-3; Ephesians 5:18) To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration, we will have a few safety measures in place. We are so excited to celebrate with you and appreciate your consideration in making this a wonderful occasion for all!
We will be supplying alcohol and will have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to the venue policy and regulations, guests are not permitted to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
